Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds new white or red potatoes about 1 inch in diameter
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
