If you want a lunch packed with superfoods to boost your energy, come to Mangia’s salad bar. The leafy greens in salad are an important part of a healthy diet, as they are rich in vitamins, fiber, and minerals but low in calories. Mangia’s salads are made with healthy greens like kale, romaine, arugula, and mesclun that will keep you energized for the whole day, and also work to build up your immune system and decrease your risk of heart disease.

Green base

The best salad should start with a base of leafy greens. Then, add some healthy proteins, like grilled chicken, roasted salmon, seared tuna, or hard-boiled eggs. Don’t forget to add fruits and veggies! We like sliced apple or pear, avocado, dried cranberries, cherry tomatoes, red onions, roasted beets, boiled fingerling potatoes, or roasted butternut squash. Finish off your salad with plenty of toppings, which can add color, texture, and an extra boost of nutrition to your bowl. Toppings can be toasted nuts, croutons, cheeses, and of course, flavorful dressings. At Mangia, we like our dressings to be light and bright, like a zesty citrus vinaigrette, a warm honey Dijon vinaigrette, or a classic balsamic vinaigrette. Mangia also offers salads as part of our custom lunch boxes, which come with a special salad dressing from our exclusive collaboration with the Greek brand Navarino Icons, an award-winning, gourmet line that sells olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressings made by hand in Messinia.

At Mangia, we serve fresh salads every day. Go for a classic, like a traditional Caesar or a chicken cobb salad, or create your own custom market bowl. We also have Italian-inspired salad dishes, like our pear tricolore with radicchio, endive, arugula, sliced pears, fried goat cheese, roasted walnuts, focaccia crisps, and a walnut vinaigrette.
