Tiramisu Dessert Cup

Ingredients:

  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Eggs
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Coffee
  • Rum
  • Vanilla
  • Chocolate/cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. Make Coffee: Brew espresso coffee and pour into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and rum. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare Cream Mixture: Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and place them in separate bowls. Beat the egg whites with a stand mixer or electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Add the remaining sugar to the egg yolks and mix with a spoon. Then add the mascarpone cheese and mix slowly using the flat beater. Gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture until smooth and clump-free.
  4. Assemble Cups: Break a ladyfinger biscuit into thirds, dip quickly into the coffee mixture, and place at the bottom of the cup in a single layer. Spoon a layer of cream over the biscuits. Repeat the process for 2 or 3 layers, depending on cup size.
  5. Refrigerate: Wrap each cup with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 3-6 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve: Before serving, dust each glass with cocoa powder and grate dark chocolate on top. Enjoy!

Mango Strawberry Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

  • Heavy cream
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Gelatin
  • Vanilla
  • Mango puree
  • Strawberries
  • Lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Gelatin: In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of warm water and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of gelatin over it. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Warm Puree: In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the mango & strawberry puree with the gelatin. Mix until well combined and the gelatin dissolves. Pour into cups and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
  3. Prepare Milk Mixture: In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of warm water and sprinkle 1.5 teaspoons of gelatin over it. Let sit for about 10 minutes. In a saucepan over low heat, combine milk, sugar, and cream, bringing to a gentle simmer until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Add the prepared gelatin and mix well until dissolved.
  4. Combine Layers: Ensure the puree has set well. Pour the milk mixture over the puree and let set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve: Top with fresh mango and strawberry pieces.

Banana Pudding Cup

Ingredients:

  • Milk
  • Heavy cream
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • Eggs
  • Condensed milk
  • Bananas
  • Lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Pudding: Cook the pudding according to package instructions. Place in the fridge for 4 hours to set.
  2. Make Whipped Cream: Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then stir in powdered sugar. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Baking powder
  • Mascarpone cheese

  • Gelatin
  • Raspberries

Instructions:
