Look for it in specialty markets.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toast the bread for 5 minutes. Remove and cut the slices in half.
Trim the turkey breast of all gristle and discard the skin. Cut the meat into one-half-inch-thick slices, cutting on the diagonal.
To assemble the panini, spread 1 tablespoon of the pesto on each piece of bread. Arrange 1 or 2 slices of turkey on top, and then a dollop more of the pesto.
